The Real Parent Alliance provides education, tools, and guidance to help parents evaluate treatment options for their teenager. We are parent advocates, not licensed clinicians. Any information we share about treatment categories such as wilderness therapy, residential treatment centers, or therapeutic boarding schools is based on our direct experience and independent research — not clinical recommendations.

Families who work with us through our Safe Placement Blueprint or advocacy services receive guidance grounded in lived experience. Final placement decisions are always yours to make. The Real Parent Alliance will never pressure a family toward any specific program or timeline. We provide the tools and knowledge — you decide what is right for your child.
